Test ethminer.exe -list-devices,In my case it shows. Create a DWORD with name C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\\IntelOpenCL64.dll In key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenCL\Vendors. You will find something like C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\\IntelOpenCL64.dll In folder C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\, search IntelOpenCL64.dll. Commit made Ethminer to support Intel GPU, howerver there is no official release after that.

You have to uninstall the driver and openCL and install old driver. Although you can install openCL separately, however I did not find any miner client work with it. Intel discontinued have openCL with driver in 2020.
